Puppy Prep School

Our Out of Town Prep School puppies fly home on Fridays. Pickups done in person will need to be coordinated with me as soon as possible. Prep school puppies are picked up at Smeraglia's after a short meeting with the trainer.
Our trainers devote thier time to training your puppy and they try to spend as little time as possible on the computer and on the phone. It is for this reason we discourage email and telephone conversations until the end of the training process. This insures the most productive time can be directed toward the training process. Weekly reports will be forwarded to you to keep you updated on how your puppy is progressing with training and any issues the trainers are working on for you. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me (Carol Turberville) through carol@smeragliak9.com and I will relay your message to the trainer working with your puppy. Emails will be checked through this email address regularly and I will relay any messages, concerns or questions directly to the trainer and will follow up with you in a timely fashion.
We have a few questions that will help us in customizing your program to best fit your particular needs. Please return the answers to these questions to me as soon as possible so we will have them before your puppy arrives for training.
